Each campaign can be marketed to a specific subset of users by applying audience filters. These filters include the following fields.
COMMON FILTERS (Predefined or require little configuration)
Everyone, First Login (configure date range), A/B Test (random sample of 50% of users)
ALL FILTERS (Configurable filters based on user action/in-action and variables)
USER ATTRIBUTES / UPLOADED CSV
User attributes allow you filter your campaign audience on whether or not users in accounts meet a range of criteria. The CSV option provides the ability to upload a list of user data to be targeted.
Campaign allows you to filter users who have either seen or not seen a specific campaign.
TOUR STEP REACHED
Tour step reached filters out users who have either reached or not reached a specific step of a selected tour.
SIGN UP DATE
Sign up date allows you to target users who signed up on, before or after a certain date or date range.
Segments filters user who are in or not in a predefined segment.
Login Activity allows you to filter your campaign audience based on their login metrics. You can target those users whose login frequency has dropped or increased, depending on the purpose of the campaign.
Page view allows you to filter users/accounts who have either visited or not visited a specific item.
Last view filters out users based on login dates.
Browser version filters users based on whether or not they are using a specific browser.
Operating system allow you to filter users based on OS.
ACTIVE USER PERCENTAGE
Active user percentage filters users based on a defined percentage.
NPS response filters users based on response as Promoter, Passive, or Detractor.
Random Selection gives you the ability to sample a random percentage of users. This can provide valuable, well-rounded exposure during campaigns to gather good metrics around your user engagement campaigns.
