To adjust the way the information is displayed or to determine what data is coming in to UserIQ, you can go to Site Settings.
To access Site Settings you need to be an Admin. From the menu across the top, click on your name and click Site Settings.
From Site Settings you can:
Adjust the Global Campaign Throttle which determines the number of engagements a user can be presented with in a given period of time. The default value is 5 in a 24 hour period.
Filter Internal User Domains so the data from internal users (employees or outside contractors) are not tabulated in the totals skewing the data. So if you log into your system as a customer, your activity will not be recorded.
Set the Default Reply-to Email Address for your campaign emails.
Once you make any changes click the Update Settings button.
View the Custom Variables and Mapping that have been enabled in the tracking code.
Set the Special Account Column Mapping, which allows you to map custom variables you are sending to UserIQ to a specific value that's used on account dashboards and account health. These fields can also be mapped to data from Salesforce. The fields that end with a ?, we allow the following values which are assumed to be "truthy": `1`, `true`, `yes`
