Each campaign can be marketed to a specific subset of users by applying audience filters. These filters include the following fields.
User action lets you filter your campaign audience on whether or not the particular users have seen a certain page in your website/application.
Account Action is similar to User Action but applies to a group instead. With Account Action, you filter by a set of users, all identified under the same account ID, and whether or not any user in the account has visited a certain page.
Login Activity allows you to filter your campaign audience based on their login metrics. You can target those users whose login frequency has dropped or increased, depending on the purpose of the campaign.
Linked Tour creates a dependency for the user to have to have seen another user tour prior to visiting this page's tour. A good example would be if you wanted to create a multipage user tour that starts on the home page but ends on another page. You may not want to engage everyone who visits the last page but only those who came from the home page tour.
Last seen is simply the last time the user was seen. You can filter the campaign audience to show to those users seen before or after a certain date.
Random Selection gives you the ability to sample a random percentage of users. This can provide valuable, well-rounded exposure during campaigns to gather good metrics around your user engagement campaigns.
Campaign filter is similar to the Linked Tour filter but still different. A linked tour will never display without a previous tour having been fired. The campaign filter looks to see if the user has ever seen the called out campaign before engaging that user.
